Welcome to our website. Buddy & Me provides products including candles, homewares, perfumes, body products and custom products. An outline of these products is provided within this site. By accessing and using this website you agree to the terms and conditions below.

Delivery

We endeavour to post out all orders within 3 days of receiving them (useless specified in the description). If this cannot be achieved for any reason, we will contact you and advise you when your order will be posted.

Please let us know if you do not receive your order within a reasonable timeframe and we will track it for you.

Payments

All payments for the Buddy & Me VIP membership and subscriptions discussed on this website are to be made in Australian Dollars. All AUD advertised pricing includes GST.

VIP Membership

Buddy & Me VIP membership requires an upfront payment of $14/month or $139/annum for the first month the customer's card will automatically then be charged that same amount including GST every month/year following for the duration of the customer’s membership. This entitles the participant to:

- FREE shipping on all orders 

- 20% off all online purchases 

- A FREE gift delivered with the customers first order of the month (up to $20 in value)

The above benefits only last for the duration of the membership. The customer has the option to opt out of the month by month billing by contacting Buddy & Me in writing to [email protected] to advise the reason for change of membership status to assist in qualifying their request and improving future events/memberships. If the participant opts out of their membership their access to the above benefits also cease at that time.

Refunds are a privilege not a right and will be treated as such. Each refund request will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and when genuine value has not been received or isn’t able to be received, refunds will be granted at the discretion of the Buddy & Me team.

The VIP membership payment may be paid in one payment or on a monthly payment plan.  The payment will be taken automatically from the nominated credit card on the same date of each month.  

Payments made by credit card will be automatically processed on the monthly due date.  If the credit card bounces for any reason, attempts to charge will be made in the following days/weeks. 

Subscriptions

Buddy & Me offers products that can be purchased as a one off purchase or a subscription. If the customer chooses a subscription they will be charged upfront for the first month of products and will be automatically charged that same amount including GST every month following (or for the customer's selected duration). This entitles the participant to:

 

- The selected product/s delivered to the customer's doorstep every month (or the interval selected by the customer). 

The above benefits only last for the duration of the subscription. The customer has the option to opt out of the billing by contacting Buddy & Me in writing to [email protected] to advise the reason for change of membership status to assist in qualifying their request and improving future subscriptions. If the customer opts out of their membership their access to the above benefits also cease at that time.

Our Website is committed to the protection of personal information provided to us. Accordingly we have a privacy policy which deals with:

  • The way we protect the quality and security of such personal information;
  • The way that access can be granted to personal information held by us;
  • The manner of dealing with any complaints concerning the correctness of or access to personal information held by us.

Returns

Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, if you are not totally satisfied with the quality of your product please contact us within 5 days of receiving your item. Please contact us in writing to [email protected] and specify the issues with your product including photos and detailed description.

Care

At Buddy & Me we go to great lengths to ensure our products are of the highest quality. We have provided candle care information (under the candle care tab) please follow this information when burning your candles. Buddy & Me takes no responsibility for improper use of any products outside of the Buddy & Me store. The participant’s use of Buddy & Me products acknowledges that they have read the care instructions for the product.
